About FilmoRealty

With a portfolio of about 120 apartments and houses around Ikoyi and Victoria Island in Lagos, the company is run by well-qualified professionals, and supported by competent administrative, customer relations and field officers, headed by Fatima Wali-Edu. A graduate of both Architecture and Urban Studies from the University of Minnesota, U.S.A., Fatima holds a M.Sc (Arch.) in Economics and Management of Construction from the UCL, University of London. She is also an active member of IFMA (International Facilities Management Association).

Previously, our properties were managed by Participant Properties Limited, which is also in the business of property development and construction management. However due to our determination to provide optimum service to our tenants, FilmoRealty was created out of PPL in April 2005 to specialise in high quality, total property management.

FilmoRealty prides itself in providing the most totally managed apartments available in the market today. In offering this service, FilmoRealty lays emphasis on managing, both the facilities and the tenants, with the highest quality and standards.

Each of the premises is placed under the direct supervision of a dedicated office-based Property Management Officer and a site-based qualified Resident Engineer, who is supported by 24-7 resident technicians every day of the year. Maintenance experts for the different services, such as lifts, air conditioners, and telephones etc. are also on duty during the day.

FilmoRealty is extremely concerned about the comfort and satisfaction of each individual resident in our properties, and we regularly monitor our performance in this area. Working as a dynamic team through our site dedicated Managers and Property Management Officers; we constantly keep abreast of our clients needs, and are committed to providing unequalled professional, prompt and responsive service.

We believe in participation of all parties as the best method of carrying out our business. The relationship between all the stakeholders of the premises in question is facilitated through our interactive website that sustains constant and prompt communication between individual tenants and Management, and Service Providers.

We also publish a monthly newsletter, Tittle Tattle, to keep our tenants (and the public) informed on common interests, new tenants moving in, routine maintenance services schedules, upcoming events etc. Quarterly tenants meetings are also arranged, so both the tenants and the management of PPL can discuss issues affecting the premises. Concerns are dealt with, and generally the tenants are made participants in the management of their residents.
